I just placed an order in Canada, when will it ship?

As soon as we receive your order, you’ll get an email confirming the transaction. Your order will be shipped via Canada Post or Purolator 1–5 business days after it is processed in our warehouse.

I just placed an order in the US, when will it ship?

As soon as we receive your order, you’ll get an email confirming the transaction. Your order will be shipped via UPS or Purolator 5-10 business days after it is processed in our warehouse.

Can I return my order?

We truly hope you love our products as much as we do! However, if for witch ever reason you wish to return your order, we offer hassle-free returns. Items that are unworn, unwashed or have a manufacturing defect may be returned with all tags attached within 14 days after your order was placed.

*NOTE* You will be responsible for the shipping cost. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

In case of a production defect, we will ship your new item for free.

Can I cancel my order?

Of coures you can, however if your order left our warehouse you will have to request a refund. *NOTE* Shipping cost are non refundable) 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

Simply notify us via email at orders@milanascrubs.com.  If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?

Absolutely! We will always be here to help. Please send us an email to info@milanascrubs.com and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly.
