REFUND POLICY

We truly hope you love our products as much as we do! However, if for witch ever reason you wish to return your order, you will have 15 days to send it back to us. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. 

You will be responsible for the shipping cost. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

In case of a production defect, we will ship your new item for free.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. When your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation that we processed the refund to your original form of payment.

Note: We do not refund any original shipping costs you may have incurred.

Nothing could be easier than returning your order! Simply follow the steps below.

  1. Put all unwanted unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached in the original bag or box and remove old shipping labels.
  2. Send us an email and provide us with your original order #. We will reply with a return shipping label. 
  3. Drop it off at the delivery carrier.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Items must be unworn and unwashed, and all tags must be attached. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund to your original form of payment.

We do allow exchanges for the same style. Please contact us at info@milanascrubs.com so we can check product availability. We will cover the cost to ship your new package. We can only exchange products purchased on www.milanascrubs.co 

Please use a carrier that provides you with a tracking number so your package doesn’t get lost or damaged.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Product Defects 

Unfortunately, production defects are inevitable from time to time. Please know that we will always stand behind our products. If you find a defect in the fabric or workmanship, please send a picture of the defect to info@milanascrubs.com within 24 hours, and we’ll get back to you within 1–7 business days. Defects will be handled on a case-by-case basis and we will offer you the best service possible.
